维吾尔族矮身材青少年生长发育状况调查及骨龄研究

【摘要】：目的:通过对维吾尔族矮身材青少年进行生长发育状况的调查及骨龄研究,并探讨其临床意义。方法:(1)从乌鲁木齐市两所民族中小学3017名维吾尔族学生中筛选出矮身材青少年为研究对象,查阅矮身材青少年的健康档案,逐个利用“人体测量方法”进行身高、坐高、体重测量,并对月经初潮、营养、疾病、体育活动、生长发育史、父母身高、家族史、经济状况、文化程度等进行调查记录。(2)对矮身材学生左手腕关节进行X线摄片检查,用FELS法计算骨龄。结果:(1)共检出矮身材学生319名,男生160名,女生159名,维吾尔族矮身材青少年发生率10.51%,明显高于国内其它地区(南京发生率1.13%)。矮身材青少年中45%以上的孩子健康状况、体育锻炼、营养状况、睡眠、精神状态以及父母文化水平、家庭经济状况差。后天因素中长期厌食着比例最高,为36.3%。甲减和遗传性疾病引起的最低,分别为6.5/10万及7.0/10万。(2)骨龄异常最明显的为骨龄晚熟性2.24(岁),其次是骨龄早熟性1.83(岁),最低是骨龄正常性0.25(岁)。(3)矮身材青少年的身高体重指数低于正常同龄青少年的身高体重指数(p0.05)。结论:(1)维吾尔族矮身材发生率高。父母文化水平、家庭经济状况、健康状况、体育锻炼、营养状况、睡眠及精神等状况良好的青少年矮身材发生率低。矮身材青少年中,后天因素占比例高,而先天和遗传性疾病占的比例较少。(2)身材矮小青少年中骨龄异常最明显是骨龄晚熟性比例高,矮身材青少年仍有身高增长的潜力。(3)矮身材青少年的身高体重指数低于正常同龄儿,说明人体充实程度, 也反映当时的营养状况。 【关键词】维吾尔族矮身材骨龄分析 The Bone一Age Research and Inuestigation of Gr(乡wch Situation of Uygur Short Youth Abstract objeetive:Through aPPlied anatomie studying and analyze bone age of uiyghur ehildren with short stature in urumqi,Provide foundation for diagnose and aPPraise the effeets of treatment.Methods:1 .methods of investigation(1、seleet and examine of short stature ehildrenthrough study the treatment and healtlz dossier of ehildren,making height measure and exan:xno to another index of shor:stature.(2)investigate methods of soeial element:in、estigate short stature ehildren sex,farnily eeonomieal ability,infant bring and the effeet to bone age.2.Meth。以5 of radiograph tak。丈he Plain radiograPh for le介wr至st joint and Palm.3 Dotermine of bone age:random oamPling 50 ease and take Plain radiograph left wrist joint and Palm,through TWZ methods making apProaeh.
