【摘要】：Hydrogen consumption measurement is an urgent question for fuel cell vehicle along with the energy and environmental issues. At present, there are three hydrogen consumption measurement methods which are weight, temperature pressure and flow meter method in the world. Among of them, weight and temperature pressure method have high precision, but they are not suitable for vehicle test. Flow meter method is applied to vehicle and non-vehicle test with low accuracy, so sonic nozzle flow measurement calibration system was designed to improve it. Besides, hydrogen measurement experiment was firstly done in domestic for fuel cell vehicle in chassis dynamometer.
First of all, the world's present development situation of hydrogen consumption measurement for fuel cell vehicle was investigated, and hydrogen consumption measurement method was also researched. At the same time, high precision mathematical model was built to calculate hydrogen consumption based on ideal state equation and Vander Waals equation. Furthermore, influence factors and corresponding correction method were confirmed during the hydrogen consumption measurement in three methods. All of these can provide theoretical basis to improve the precision of hydrogen consumption measurement for fuel cell vehicle.
Secondly, sonic nozzle flow measurement calibration system includes flow meter calibration device and computer measurement and control system was designed to improve the accuracy of flow meter. Flow meter measurement calibration device was used for measurement and calibration in mass flow meter based on characteristics of sonic. And the software of computer measurement and control system was developed by Lab View of NI Company based on RS485bus data acquisition modules.
Finally, hydrogen consumption measurement experiment procedure for chassis dynamometer fuel cell vehicle was designed to accomplished non-vehicle test and vehicle test based on weight, temperature pressure and flow meter method, and also obtained hydrogen consumption under the CCBC automobile test condition. Besides, the changing pattern and short stable time of pressure and temperature was analyzed during the experiment. In addition, fuel cell vehicle economy evaluation standard draft was made by Tsinghua University and China Automotive Research Center. It provides reference of experiment researching for fuel cell vehicle hydrogen consumption measurement system.
